Shipping in mainland france colissimo : FREE

Delivery Times: 48 – 72 working hour delivery. Delivery times are calculated in business days, not including weekends and bank holidays.

The orders preparation and delivery delay may be extended during peaks in activity (sales, private sale, outlet sales).

During Outlet sale, deliveries may suffer a delay.

Your order will be hand delivered, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery in Mainland France is automatically offered on all purchases. Once the parcel has been sent you will receive a Colissimo tracking number by email which will allow you to follow your parcel. You can also track your parcel directly from you customer account.

In case of absence or not being able to receive your parcel, several attempts of delivery may take place on the initiative of La Poste or its foreign partners. In the case of a second absence, missed delivery note will be left explaining the procedure to obtain the parcel from the nearest La Poste point. Your ID will be requested to collect your parcel. 

For the orders in Mainland France, your parcel will be kept during 15 days from the day you receive the missed delivery note. For international orders, this delay may vary from 5 to 15 days according to the removal point chosen by the customer. Beyond this deadline, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. 

Advice: We recommend that you have your parcel delivered to your workplace with someone always able to receive your parcel.

Corsica: Orders destined for Corsica will be delivered in the same conditions but with an average delivery time of four days with Colissimo Expert.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING IN FRANCE - CHRONOPOST: 15€ AT CUSTOMER'S OWN COST 

Delivery Times: 24 - 48 working hour delivery. Your parcel will be delivered from Monday to Friday before 1 pm, the next day it has been shipped from our warehouse, except on bank holidays. 

The orders preparation and delivery delay may be extended during peaks in activity (sales, private sale, outlet sales). 

Your order will be hand delivered, from Monday to Friday before 1pm. Once the parcel has been sent you will receive a Chronopost tracking number by email which will allow you to follow your parcel. You can also track your parcel directly from you customer account. 

Returns in France are offered with Colissimo.  

In store collection: free

Your parcel will become available within 2 – 4 working days at the boutique of your choice as indicated when ordering (apart from department store corners). This method of delivery can be desactivated during promotional periods. An email will be sent to you as soon as the parcel arrives in the boutique. This information is also accessible via your customer account.
We reserve the right to withdraw temporarily this service.

Regarding non-E.U. delivery, a tax can be added when receiving the parcel, depending on the Buyer country's customs regulations.

Returns and exchanges

1. Returns

During Outlet sale, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Fursac accepts the return of unworn and unstained products within 30 days after receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag fixed to the garment. Articles that are returned incomplete, damaged or worn will not be accepted. Return fees are offered for orders in France (excluding items purchased from our e-shop outlet). In order to send us your return, please follow the steps indicated below:

  1. Wrap the product in its packaging with the return slip completed and stick the return label on your parcel.

  2. Follow return instructions indicated on the Colissimo return label.

  3. When receiving the parcel, Customer service will proceed to the refund within 14 days.
 

For orders in France (excluding items purchased from our e-shop outlet), returning an item is automatically free thanks to the Colissimo return label provided in your parcel.

For any international orders and for items purchased from our e-shop outlet, the return shopping costs are payable by you. It is essential that the parcel be sent with a tracking option and signed for delivery to the following address (the tracking number will enable you to ensure correct delivery of the parcel and be informed on the return status):

2. Exchanges

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to proceed the exchange of your products. Only items returned on time, in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn may be exchanged.

You can exchange your products ordered on the website www.defursac.fr :

  • In boutique only (excluding corners in department stores) where exchanges for a superior or equal amount is possible, within the limit of available stocks. No refunds nor credit note can be issued in boutiques. Before any request for exchange, the article(s) to be exchanged must meet the conditions mentioned above. In addition you must show your order confirmation (available in the online account) as well as identification. Our stores are unable to process exchange on items from outlet sale.
     
  • On the online boutique: you can return your order by using the return slip and the return label provided in your parcel (free for orders in France, excluding items from our outlet sale). Our Customer service will proceed to the exchange with the desired product (upon availability of the product) as soon as we will receive your return. The shipping costs of the exchanged product will be payed by Fursac for every order made in mainland France and European Union. This service can be deactivated during commercial operations.

Alterations offered in store

We invite you to come to our De Fursac boutiques to take advantage of the free alteration service (excluding our Saint-Germain Boutique).

This service is eligible only during non-promotional periods and on the 4 following groups of products:
Suits, tuxedos, jackets and trousers, and it is limited to 3 alterations per product (sleeve bottom, simple hem, jacket bottom and pelvic girdle only). The alteration voucher and the delivery note must be brought to the boutique.

Secured payment

The payment process between the buyer and our payment system INGENICO/OGONE is fully encrypted and protected. So all information linked to the order and the bank card number does not circulate on the internet. The bank card number does not appear on any paper, invoice, slip or any other listing. De Fursac has no knowledge of card numbers. INGENICO doesn’t keep card numbers after transmitting the payment to retailer’s bank.

No one has access either via computer or printed matter to the buyer’s bank card number.

De Fursac reserves the right to cancel any order for which the 3D-Secure/SafeKey identification process is not successfully validated, or any Paypal transaction which do not come from a verified Paypal account.

DE FURSAC commitments

De Fursac renews its commitment to restoring the ecological balance in France. For the second year in a row, we are committed to planting participatory mini-forests with the Boomforest association by funding 1 tree for each sale made in shops, corners, outlets and on defursac.fr until Sunday December 6 inclusive.

  • Boomforest: the Boomforest association aims to promote the planting of dense, biodiverse and autonomous forests in France, using the Miyawaki method. The association creates and coordinates plantations and carries out advocacy to raise awareness of the essential nature of local forests.
  • The Miyawaki method: the Miyawaki method consists in creating or restoring forests, by planting very densely local plant species. It bears the name of its inventor, Professor Akira Miyawaki, a Japanese botanist born in 1928. The techniques he developed in the 1970s are revolutionary: the forests thus created or restored grow faster and, in the space of a few only years, they welcome an exceptional biodiversity

Last year, thanks to our customers, 3,400 trees were able to be financed. These trees have started to be planted in the Hauts Malesherbes (Paris 17th - November 2020) and very soon in Asnières-sur-Seine, and on the campus of the University of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine).
