Shipping in mainland france colissimo : FREE

Delivery Times: 48 – 72 working hour delivery. Delivery times are calculated in business days, not including friday, weekends and bank holidays.

The orders preparation and delivery delay may be extended during peaks in activity (sales, private sales).

During Outlet sale, deliveries may suffer a delay.

Your order will be hand delivered, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery in Mainland France is automatically offered on all purchases. Once the parcel has been sent you will receive a Colissimo tracking number by email which will allow you to follow your parcel. You can also track your parcel directly from you customer account.

In case of absence or not being able to receive your parcel, several attempts of delivery may take place on the initiative of La Poste or its foreign partners. In the case of a second absence, missed delivery note will be left explaining the procedure to obtain the parcel from the nearest La Poste point. Your ID will be requested to collect your parcel. 

For the orders in Mainland France, your parcel will be kept during 15 days from the day you receive the missed delivery note. For international orders, this delay may vary from 5 to 15 days according to the removal point chosen by the customer. Beyond this deadline, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. 

Advice: We recommend that you have your parcel delivered to your workplace with someone always able to receive your parcel.

Corsica: Orders destined for Corsica will be delivered in the same conditions but with an average delivery time of four days with Colissimo Expert.

In store collection: free

Your parcel will become available within 2 – 4 working days at the boutique of your choice as indicated when ordering (apart from department store corners). This method of delivery can be desactivated during promotional periods. An email will be sent to you as soon as the parcel arrives in the boutique. This information is also accessible via your customer account.
We reserve the right to withdraw temporarily this service.

Regarding non-E.U. delivery, a tax can be added when receiving the parcel, depending on the Buyer country's customs regulations.

Returns and exchanges

1. Returns

You have a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of your order to return goods. The articles must be in their original condition, unworn and intact with the tag fixed to the garment.
Articles that are returned incomplete, damaged or worn will not be accepted.

You will receive within 48 to 72 hours, an email confirmation for the authorization of your return request.
From receipt of the decision, you have 7 working days to return your product(s).

To return any articles you must complete the online returns forms available on www.defursac.fr in your personal account “My Account” under “Orders”. You can then follow your return into “Returns”. Once De Fursac has accepted the request, you simply have to put the printed confirmation email, the article and its tag in their original packaging and send it back.

For orders over €365 in France (excluding items purchased from our e-shop outlet), returning an item is automatically free in the following two ways:

  • With a pre-paid Colissimo label that you will receive by email from our customer service;

For orders under €365 for items purchased from our e-shop outlet and any international orders, the return shopping costs are payable by you. It is essential that the parcel be sent with a tracking option and signed for delivery to the following address (the tracking number will allow you to ensure correct delivery of the parcel and be informed on the return status):

You have 7 business days to return your product from the acceptance of your request by De Fursac customer service.

2. Exchanges

You have twenty (20) days after receipt of your order to ask for an exchange of your products. Only items returned on time, in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn may be exchanged.

You can exchange yours products ordered on the site www.defursac.fr :

  • In boutique only (excluding corners in department stores) where exchanges for a superior or equal amount is possible, within the limit of available stocks. No refunds nor credit note can be issued in boutiques. Before any request for exchange, the article(s) to be exchanged must meet the conditions mentioned above. In addition you must show your order confirmation (available in the online account) as well as identification. Our stores are unable to process exchange on items from outlet sale.
  • On the online boutique: the Buyer can return his order by using the return service of De Fursac (free for orders over €365 in France) by login into his personal account. Our Customer service will make a credit note and will proceed to the exchange with the desired product (upon availability of the product). The shipping costs of the exchanged product will be payed by De Fursac for every order made in mainland France. This service can be deactivated during commercial operations.

Alterations offered in store

We invite you to come to our De Fursac boutiques to take advantage of the free alteration service (excluding our Saint-Germain Boutique).

This service is eligible only during non-promotional periods and on the 5 following groups of products:
Suits, tuxedos, jackets, trousers and coats, and it is limited to 3 alterations per product. The alteration voucher and the delivery note must be brought to the boutique.

Secured payment

The payment process between the buyer and our payment system INGENICO/OGONE is fully encrypted and protected. So all information linked to the order and the bank card number does not circulate on the internet. The bank card number does not appear on any paper, invoice, slip or any other listing. De Fursac has no knowledge of card numbers. INGENICO doesn’t keep card numbers after transmitting the payment to retailer’s bank.

No one has access either via computer or printed matter to the buyer’s bank card number.

De Fursac reserves the right to cancel any order for which the 3D-Secure/SafeKey identification process is not successfully validated, or any Paypal transaction which do not come from a verified Paypal account.
