  • Your account information: If you create a customer account, we may collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, password, and your newsletter subscription preferences;
  • Information for the management and the follow-up of your orders: To ensure the follow-up and the management of your orders, We need bank card information to complete the transaction (which is collected and stored by our partner Ingenico ) and address details for the goods carriers;

  • Provide the appropriate contractual framework required to ensure the security of Personal Data, particularly by the Regulation;

5. Security and confidentiality of your Personal Data

DE FURSAC implements technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, integrity, authenticity and confidentiality of all Personal Data.

These measures include safeguarding such as strict backups and access controls to computer systems, in order to protect Personal Data from potential threats such as loss, misuse, unauthorized access, loss of privacy and security, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

6. Keeping your Personal Data

We will only keep your Personal Data for the period strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Hence, We will keep:

  • your Personal Data for prospecting purposes for three years from the date of the last interaction between Us unless you object to this when you receive one of our messages;
  • IP addresses collected for security purposes for a period not exceeding 10 days;
  • Connection logs that are collected, provided you consent to it, using cookies and other trackers used in the context of Service, for a period that may not exceed thirteen (13) months in accordance with the laws and applicable regulations.
