Returns

During Outlet sale, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Fursac accepts the return of unworn and unstained products within 30 days after receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag fixed to the garment. Articles that are returned incomplete, damaged or worn will not be accepted. Return fees are offered for orders in France (excluding items purchased from our e-shop outlet). In order to send us your return, please follow the steps indicated below:

  1. 1. Wrap the product in its packaging with the return slip completed and stick the return label on your parcel.
  2. 2. Follow return instructions indicated on the Colissimo return label.
  3. 3. When receiving the parcel, Customer service will proceed to the refund within 14 days.

For orders in France (excluding items purchased from our e-shop outlet), returning an item is automatically free thanks to the Colissimo return label provided in your parcel.

For any international orders and for items purchased from our e-shop outlet, the return shopping costs are payable by you. It is essential that the parcel be sent with a tracking option and signed for delivery to the following address (the tracking number will enable you to ensure correct delivery of the parcel and be informed on the return status):

Exchanges

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to proceed the exchange of your products. Only items returned on time, in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn may be exchanged.

You can exchange your products ordered on the website www.defursac.fr :

  • In boutique (in France only, excluding corners in department stores) where exchanges for a superior or equal amount is possible, within the limit of available stocks. No refunds nor credit note can be issued in boutiques. Before any request for exchange, the article(s) to be exchanged must meet the conditions mentioned above. In addition you must show your order confirmation (available in the online account) as well as identification. Our stores are unable to process exchange on items from outlet sale.
     
  • On the online boutique: you can return your order by using the return slip and the return label provided in your parcel (free for orders in France, excluding items from our outlet sale). Our Customer service will proceed to the exchange with the desired product (upon availability of the product) as soon as we will receive your return. The shipping costs of the exchanged product will be payed by Fursac for every order made in mainland France and European Union. This service can be deactivated during commercial operations.
